For more than a decade, I have worked in education — from the public-school classroom to individualized instruction with students across the United States. I've delivered 3,000+ individualized student sessions and taught 127+ educators through professional learning.
Those thousands of hours have given me a front-row seat to what happens when children struggle. And I've learned something incredibly important:
Children don't just need answers. They need tools.
